Selecting Rosters

Each week of the Racing Series, to earn the most points possible, each team should start 6 drivers (each a Driver and, collectively, the Drivers) as follows: 2 Drivers from Group A, 2 Drivers from Group B, and 2 Drivers from Group C. Teams only earn points for the Drivers that start the race, so if your team elects to start fewer than 6 Drivers, your team will only earn points for those Drivers that started the race.

  • Group A consists of 12 Drivers that are participating full time in the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series as of the first race of the season - the Daytona 500 on February 24, 2013.
  • Group B consists of 14 Drivers that are participating full time in the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series as of the first race of the season - the Daytona 500 on February 24, 2013.
  • Group C consists of the remaining Drivers competing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup event for the applicable week of the Racing Series.

Each team may start a Driver a maximum of 3 times throughout the applicable Racing Series. In the case of contestants that enter through the Combined Series, such teams may start a Driver a maximum of 3 times in Segment 1 and 3 times in Segment 2. Each Driver in a team’s weekly roster may be added or dropped up until the start of the race during that week of the applicable Racing Series. If any Driver suffers a season-ending injury (including death), such Driver (i) will be removed from the applicable Group (i.e., will not be available to start in any future weeks of the applicable Racing Series) and (ii) will not be replaced by any other Driver from any other Group.

Awarding Prizes

If two or more teams that win a Prize (each, a Prize Winner) accumulate an identical number of points at the end of the applicable Racing Series, those Prize Winners will split the combined value of the Prizes associated with their original finishing orders. For example, if two Weekly Series Prize Winners tie for first and second place, the combined value of the Weekly Series Prizes for first and second place (e.g., $200) will be combined and divided evenly between the two Prize Winners.

Each Prize Winner shall be notified by e-mail (or via U.S. mail, if applicable) at the e-mail or regular mail address supplied by such Prize Winner to PTF, and such Prize Winner will have fifteen (15) days from the date such notification was sent to respond by following the instructions provided in such notification. EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT VALID IDENTIFICATION TO PTF AND TO EXECUTE ANY RELEASE PTF DEEMS NECESSARY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AN AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, A LIABILITY RELEASE AND A PUBLICITY RELEASE (WHERE PERMISSIBLE). FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH PTF’S REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION. PTF IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PRIZE THAT IS DECLINED OR UNDELIVERABLE, OR FOR ANY PRIZE OR PRIZE NOTIFICATION THAT IS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE. IN ANY OF THESE SITUATIONS THE ORIGINAL PRIZE WINNER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Subject to the restrictions contained in these Racing Series rules, and the Terms and Conditions of Use, all Prizes shall be delivered to each respective Prize Winner within the later to occur of: (i) ninety (90) days after the completion of (x) for Weekly Prize Winners, the applicable week of the Segment Series, (y) for Segment 1 Series Prize Winners, the Segment 1 Series, and (z) for Segment 2 Series Prize Winners and Combined Series Prize Winners, the Segment 2 Series; and (ii) thirty (30) days after the respective Prize Winner has submitted its valid identification to PTF, executed any release PTF deems necessary, including but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where permissible), and PTF has otherwise verified that delivery of such Prize to such Prize Winner does not violate any applicable law.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOUR ELIGIBILITY TO WIN AND RECEIVE PRIZES IS SUBJECT TO THE PTF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE.
