Is prize money based on or contingent upon the number of participants?

Nope. Our payouts are determined well in advance of the competitions and are set aside awaiting the completion of each competition.


Is this a gambling site?

No. All of the competitions on this site are based on skill and meet all the necessary requirements of a fantasy game and are NOT considered to be gambling.


But, is this legal?

Absolutely. Our legal team has closely researched all relevant federal and state laws. We have carefully fashioned the rules of our competitions to meet all legal requirements.


Why are residents of Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana and Vermont not eligible to win prizes?

The specific laws of the those five states are such that we are not completely comfortable paying out users who reside within those states. While we would love to be able to pay out users from those states, we are respectful of all state laws and wish to keep everything on this site completely legal for all users.
